Took more than a month, but it's finally completed.
I moved out of my comfort zone and tried a different technique for this vexel - no posterizing, color changes, & introducing some gradient features here and there.
There is plenty to look at in this vexel so take your time ! I paid extra special attention to detail. So full view would be a better option. I also included those 'glossy eyes' that everyone loved from my 2nd vexel.
Title inspired from a classical piece by James S. Levine - As dramatic as this picture is, there is still something peaceful about it.
Anyone who wants to check out the original image can do so by clicking this link:
Source I ended up losing the original URL since where I got it from was shut down. It is linked from my web album though...
Eventhough I hate including this in my descriptions: Please!!! DO NOT take my version and claim it as your own. You can always check out the original image posted in the description.
I really hope you guys enjoy this piece as much as I do. Thank You !
BTW...
A while ago, I got an email requesting that I do a hair tutorial...and...that makes me slightly nervous since I suck at teaching and I'm not an expert O_O. I just kinda...do it...you know lol. Plus, there are hundred of hair tutorials out on the web already, so would making another one be retarded >_>? I guess I'll leave the idea in the air for now. But if I get enough requests (and bribes lol) then I'll put one together!

When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
